At Early Bird, we believe in great tacos, good vibes, and bringing people together. Whether you're kicking off the day or taking a well-earned break, nothing beats a taco that’s loaded with flavor, packed with fresh ingredients, and crafted with care.

Ever since leaving Austin for the west coast, we’ve been on the hunt for the Lone Star State’s beloved breakfast taco. Inspired by the bold flavors of Texas and the laid-back energy of California, we created a lineup of tacos that deliver the best of both worlds.

So grab your favorite taco, kick back, and enjoy a break from the daily hustle.

TACO LOVE

We partner with local nonprofits to support their cause and help fuel their community-building magic. We run a "Donate a Taco" campaign where customers can contribute towards the nonprofit initiatives by donating a taco, and we match all the donations taco-for-taco. Each non-profit then decides how they use the donated tacos for great local events.
